2. Accuracy of Content
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, in case of any technical errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders and provide a full refund.
Prices are inclusive of GST/Taxes where applicable. Shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout page.
3. Product Use & Disclaimer
General Representation: We make every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors or dimensions may vary slightly depending on your device's screen settings.
Intended Use & Safety: All products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse or improper handling.
Health & Wellness Products: Any health-related information is for educational purposes only. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Consult a medical professional before use, especially if you have pre-existing conditions.

4. Hygiene & Return Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of Health and Wellness products, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are NOT eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns are only accepted for unused, sealed items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
It is strictly compulsory for the customer to record a continuous, unedited Unboxing Video while opening the parcel.
This video is the only valid proof for claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items. Without a clear video, no claims will be entertained.
6. Limitation of Liability
E Hub India shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of any product.
In any event, our maximum liability is limited strictly to the refund of the purchase price of the product paid by the customer.
7. Quality & Warranty
While we ensure high-quality standards, specific product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. E Hub India acts as a distributor and follows the manufacturer's warranty policies.
8. Shipping & Re-delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes or legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nirmal, Telangana only.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
